Young Agent Jones: Band News

Those of you in Starkville and Jackson will have the opportunity of seeing us live in 2 weeks. We will be performing at Dave's Dark Horse Tavern in Starkville on Friday the 24th, and at Martin's in Jackson on Saturday the 25th. See you all there!

Only 4 days left until the big Live Album / Live Video project gets underway at Rick's Cafe -- needless to say we're excited about it. We've got Budweiser, Coors Light, Jagermeister, and Red Bull on board as sponsors, and 99.9 the Fox will be doing a live remote broadcast from 7-9 pm at the Thursday performance. Cover's only gonna be $3.00, or you can pay $5.00 on Wednesday and get in free on Thursday.

For those of you that haven't heard, Caddle had to cancel due to a scheduling conflict. Fortunately, our pals MAGNOLIA SONS (formerly Tuesday's Debut) from Louisiana have stepped in to fill the Thursday opening slot.

Not only are we recording a LIVE CD at Rick's Cafe in Starkville on August 20 & 21, but we have two great opening bands for your dining and dancing pleasure as well:

Starkville's own recently reborn SKELETON CREW will kick things off on Wednesday night, and Thursday will feature the long-awaited return of Birmingham's CADDLE. Don't miss these two great performances!

Be a part of YAJ history -- on August 20 & 21, we will be recording a live album at Rick's Cafe in Starkville. We need as many folks as we can get there for both nights, so spread the word. "We Know Who You Are" has been sent to 300 college and independent radio stations all across the U.S. and Canada. It has also been sent to a couple of XM and Sirius satellite stations. These stations will (hopefully) start playing the CD on March 24. Keep your ear open and if you hear us, call the station and request more!
